Where do you ship to?

Earth Clinic ships to the 48 contiguous states, which excludes Alaska and Hawaii. We will ship to domestic P.O. Boxes, but only using our standard shipping options.  We ship to internationally as well. We use U.S. Postal Service First Class Package service for US and International Orders. Also with USPS standard service, your package has the possibility to be delivered on Saturday via U.S. Postal Service. Standard service deliveries made to residential addresses do not require a signature but will have tracking confirmation.

What are your shipping rates?

All products are shipped via U.S. Postal Service First Class Mail Service. Shipping costs are automatically calculated by the US postal service when you check out.

When placing your order, please take into account the 1-2 business days for order processing on all orders.

Do you have expedited shipping options?

No, we do not currently offer expedited shipping options.

What should I do if my shipment is damaged? 

If your shipment was damaged in transit, please contact our Returns Department at (213) 986-8041 or you may e-mail us at staff@earthclinic.com.

What should I do if my shipment is lost/stolen?

Earth Clinic is not responsible for lost or stolen packages when a delivery notice has been received from the carrier. In the event that your package was not received and no delivery notice has been sent, please contact Customer Service at (213) 986-8041 or staff@earthclinic.com for further assistance with your order. Any returned packages due to undeliverable addresses will be treated as cancellations and the Merchandise Cost will be refunded to the account on the order. 

My shipment was missing an item. Whom should I contact?

I haven’t received my order. Whom should I contact?

All orders are processed Monday to Friday. Orders do not get processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. Don’t forget, there is a 7-10 business day window for standard processing and shipping.

Refer to your shipment confirmation email for your tracking number. You can track your shipment using the tracking number provided.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. This email contains the tracking number for your order and a link to the carrier’s website. You can track the status of your shipment by entering the tracking number into the appropriate field.

Why doesn’t the carrier’s website recognize the tracking number for an order I placed?

Your tracking number won’t be recognized until about 24 hours after your order has shipped. This is the time needed for the USPS online tracking system to update. Try tracking your package again the following day and follow it to your front door!

Is the Earth Clinic shipping facility open on holidays?

The Earth Clinic shipping facility is closed for shipping on the following holidays. Your package will be processed on the next business day.

  • Martin Luther King Jr. Day: Monday, Jan. 18
  • Presidents Day/Washington's Birthday: Monday, Feb. 15
  • Memorial Day: Monday, May 31
  • Independence Day: Monday, July 5 (observed, because July 4 falls on a Sunday)
  • Labor Day: Monday, Sept. 6
  • Columbus Day: Monday, Oct. 11
  • Veterans Day: Thursday, Nov. 11
  • Thanksgiving: Thursday, Nov. 25
  • Christmas: Saturday, Dec. 25
